I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change and waited at the dealership for the service to be completed. The customer service representative knew that I was waiting. The service department took 2 hours and 45 minutes to change my oil and to change the air filter, which is excessive, especially when they know I am waiting for the vehicle. In addition, I asked to have my engine washed because it was very dusty. After I paid my bill and got to my vehicle, I checked if the engine had been washed and it had not. I spoke to the service representative, and he said he would take care if it and then asked if I would like the outside of the vehicle washed too, which was very nice, but in the past your service department washed customers vehicles without being asked. In summary, there is lots of room for improvement. For the previous oil change for this same vehicle, I tried to make an appointment at Elway Chevrolet, but no times were available for over a week, so I decided to go elsewhere for that oil change. In summary, there is lots of room for improvement at the Elway service department.

I needed an oil change and rotation, I also had a problem with my battery. Service was complete, new battery and I also received my truck back washed.

My time at the dealership was pleasant. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment(walk in).
